The phone i have has been giving a lot of trouble locking up cleaned the cashe out , removed a lot of down loaded apps. And nothing seems to help keep this phone from locking up.
My question is can i get a new one , it stilll makes calls and sends texts after it unlocks , but it drives me nuts waiting , having to power off and power back on so much.

On March 7, 2018, I lost my Budget Cell phone, I’m so hurt because I’ve called the number several times as a result I know someone is using it, today, I had my daughter to text them pleading for it’s return, which probably won’t happen but I sure hope it does. What do I do now?
