I’ve had safe link for over 15 months. They keep sending these old phones (refurbished). 1. Hard to text on 2. Can not see numbers and letters. And 3. They keep breaking. The last one I had was a flip phone. It was working fine. Pluged it in to charge it and it will not turn on.
I appreciate the assistance for emergency phone but with all my doctors and one call to food stamps and your minutes are gone 250 minutes do not last. If I could afford a phone I would get one. Yes, I am on Medicare Medicaid and food stamps. They now cut back All benefit as ma(Babbage”v” making it harder to live on $835 a month, $53 in food stamps ( they say mismanagement of money. All I do is pay my portion of rent and standard bills(elect, water/sewer, gas medicine, doctors, fuel and insurance…. and my whole check is gonei keep all lights off no heat or Ac…I live line a cave person to keep bills down which aggravate my health issues.so if anyone has any suggestions I’m willing to listen) for advice on how to make day to day easier. Help 0l
That’s how they make money send you a cheap phone that won’t work very long. Hoping you will buy a new one from them.becquse they won’t give you another phone.if you get a unlocked phone from someone it will usually work just put your sim in it.thats what I did.but at a year they cut mine off for no reason.and still showing I have service with them. So that’s keeping me from GETING a phone with anyone else.

Qlink has the worst service and customer support they have very poor service and the phones can disconnect at any time and there are times that you can hear the person you are talking to but they can not hear you.

I applied for a free Q Link phone on 09-08-15 and got a flip phone #214-636-8654 then in February 2018 you said on the the phone if I wanted a free smart phone to pay $25.00 so i did got the phone #972-251-9731 ID#3247946 had it for a week with free unlimited talk and text then on Thursday March 1st it got disconnect because you are saying the state of Texas i got disqualify. I want to know why and let you know you left me without a phone to make my doctors appointments and everything else. I have to borrow my neighbors phone a lot. Please reply as soon as possible I need my phone. Thank You.
