I’ve spoken with technical support, Ivy at 1-800-867-7163, and was told my phone had been reported stolen and that I’d need to go online to resubmit an application. So that’s what I’ve tried to do for the past half hour, but am continued to be told that I HAVE an account but not able to recertify. I’d REALLY appreciate it if someone could let me know so that I can re submit application or be sent a replacement phone for the one lost/stolen. Thanks, Jannai
