I have a QLink phone and number. Qlink has sent me a smartphone that to which is broken and has serious issues that I have called their technical support about (waisted my talk time minutes for) and they expect me to pay an additional $25.for them sending me a bogus phone that I am unable to accept calls most of the time because I have an error message that won’t stop popping up that takes me 20-30 times to click on before it goes away. By then, my Dr’s have already hung up on me, then I have to call back and be put on hold until the Dr’s office figures out why which Dr called and why, and by then, I’m out of minutes for any other Dr to call back for the rest of the month, and let it be known, I have 20 more days before I have til my phone refills on my minutes. All because of the flipping error message that won’t stop popping up while I was on hold for 30 minutes and my phone won’t hang up. I’m very unhappy with my service with QLink. Every time I email them, call them, or have any dealings with QLink, I receive a generic reply stating that I can receive a free new phone at no cost to me at the cost of $25. What the heck is at no cost mean if you’re going to charge me $25. When I get to the website, it always asks for a credit or debit card number. I do not have any credit or debit cards! Help me understand at no cost meaning anything else but no cost then wanting to charge $25?!
